Functionality of Pride Journal
When registering individual patients
Patient Journal:
- Personal information - medical history
- Sick leave forms
- Work related incidents
- Prescriptions - "Felleskatalogen", vaccinations
- Registration forms - EKG, x-ray, muscle and skeletal, infections
- Laboratory forms - toxicology, serology, immunology
- Document archive - documents, pictures, videos
- Patient related printouts - standard or custom made letters
Employee Journal:
- Audiometer - automatic evaluation of results, graphic printout, connection to external audiometric equipment, transfer of data
- Spirometer - automatic evaluation of results, graphic printout, connection to external spirometer, transfer of data
- Registration forms - overview of exposure, net-work meetings
- Document archive - documents, pictures, video
- Mapping of the work environment - surveys of the work environment with statistical graphic printouts
- Employee related printouts - standard or custom made letters
Common Features:
- Summons - for periodical checks
- Calendar - can be customized for each health office, or each health worker
- Upkeep of lists - companies, laboratories, medications, referrals
- Access to all journals from all health offices
- Import/export of data - XML, MS Work and Excel, spirometer and audiometer
Functionality of Pride Journal Reports
Consists of both employee and patient journal
- There are a number of possibilities in reports; printouts of referrals or custom made forms, work environment profile statistics and history of exposure. All statistical printouts are made graphic and converted into Excel files.

This is for the system administrator to perform tasks in several areas

Functionality of Pride Journal Scanning
Consists of both patient and employee journals
- Used to register documents into the system. These files are imported straight into the patient's journal. The documents can be described and edited after they are scanned.
Functionality of Pride Journal Personnel Import
Import of personal information from company HR systems
- Update of personal information from the HR system is possible if export files from HR are made and configured.
- Interfaces - Spiro 2000, Audio console, SAP, Health Net (under revision)
